He films speakers for a living. Sings Garth in the evenings.
Does it all for two kids and a wife who keeps Kansas honest.
I started on cruise ships with Holland America Line, playing four sets a night to a room full of strangers who didn't ask to see a show. That'll teach you to earn attention.
Back in Kansas, I pivoted to video. Turns out the same instincts that make a room stay in their seats make a speaker's highlight reel impossible to skip. Ten years later, Motivational Media has filmed 250+ professional speakers across the country with a rig I carry on the plane in two bags.

Being a dad is the job that doesn't end when the camera does.
Holly is seven and completely runs the show. She knows what she wants, she's not quiet about it, and she has her dad completely wrapped around one finger. Watching her discover the world is the best thing I've ever had a front-row seat to.
Noah is fourteen, which means he's cool now and I have to earn the conversations. I'm working on it.
Tash (Natasha) is a BCBA and autism specialist who somehow agreed to marry a video producer who also sings Garth Brooks for fun. She keeps everything honest. She's the reason the chaos is organized.
